From raw timber to finished furniture — every stage, under one roof.
Controlling every stage of production in-house is what sets us apart. No outsourcing, no gaps in accountability — just a single, closed process where quality is built in at every step, not checked at the end. Walk through our production floor below.
01. Raw Material Processing
Where quality begins — before any tool touches the wood. Every piece of timber entering our facility is inspected for moisture content, grain quality and legal origin documentation before processing begins. Wood is kiln-dried to the precise moisture level required for each product line, then cut, planed and sorted into components — ensuring dimensional accuracy and structural stability from the very first step.
02. White Goods Assembly
Precision joinery, engineered to last. Components are machined on CNC lines for consistent tolerances, then hand-assembled by skilled craftsmen using mortise-and-tenon, dovetail and dowel joinery depending on the product specification. Each assembled piece is checked for squareness, fit and structural integrity before moving forward — furniture built to hold up under daily use for years.
03. Finishing
The surface that defines the product. Our finishing lines handle the full range of export-standard surfaces — natural oil, stain, lacquer, painted and multi-step combinations. Each product goes through sanding, sealing, color application and top-coating in a controlled environment that meets US formaldehyde emission standards (TSCA Title VI). Your approved sample is the benchmark, and every batch is checked against it before sign-off.
04. Upholstery
Comfort and finish, handcrafted to specification. Our upholstery workshop handles fabric, leather and PU leather — for seats, headboards, cabinet doors and accent panels. Foam density, fabric selection and sewing patterns follow your approved sample exactly. We also accept COM (customer's own material) for clients who specify their own textiles. Every upholstered piece is hand-inspected for alignment, tension and finish before packing.
05. Packing & Export
The final step — and one we take seriously. Container-efficient packing is engineered into our process from the design stage, not added as an afterthought. Finished products are wrapped, padded and loaded into export cartons sized to maximize container utilization. All cartons are labelled to your specification and accompanied by a full packing list, quality inspection report and legal origin documentation — your order leaves our facility ready for customs and retail.
